--Once you learn the program taught to you in volume 1... volume 2 combines the exercises. You will be performing 2 exercises at once. Remember to check your body positioning that is taught in volume 1. That is the most important thing if you want to continue to obtain results. If body positioning is slightly off you will not be targeting the muscle properly. I obtain quite a few clients from the local gyms -- "I have been working out for 3 months and I am not getting any results." All I do is change up their body positioning and teach the breathing (taught in volume 1) I make
sure that they are watching portion sizes with their food intake and that they are getting in some form of aerobic activity- Each one of these individuals start to obtain results starting with their first week with me. [BUY NOW]
Obtain results in your first week.
Everyone can obtain results IF.. you follow the program. The program consists of breathing taught in volume 1. (this can be done in public) at least 5 times a day. The more often you perform the breathing technique the better you are going to feel and you will be working the abdominals each time. You must also choose smarter choices with your food and portion control. (Junk food is allowed) The booklet that comes in volume 1 will have a pull out chart to help you keep track and will give you some food suggestions. The IsoBreathing program is not aerobic. You will need to get in some type of aerobic activity. I usually suggest walking even if it is only 10 minutes a day. It is a start and we move forward from there. Age is not a factor in the IsoBreathing fitness program unlike any exercise program you've seen. I specifically designed the IsoBreathing program with all individuals in mind. Volume 2 combines the exercises for a full body 10 minute workout. This is for those that lead very busy lives and are short on time. Volume 3 takes the program up to a new level of intensity teaching new exercises in combinations to keep your workout time to a minimum. Volume 4 is even more intense. In this volume you will be performing some of the exercises on the floor. I designed the IsoBreathing program to help take you up slowly in intensity so when you wake up tomorrow morning you will be aware that you worked out but.. you will not be sore from working out.
