IsoBreathing Works!!!

I used a similar form of breathing with a meditation I used to use, and having to hold my breath for a couple of counts made the breathing uncomfortable and labored, but Isobreathing is really refreshing and productive. You're right about being able to contract my abdominals more, because when I did the first round of five breaths I was actually having trouble telling my brain where my abdominals were. But now I can feel the contraction in the full length of the abdominals and is getting better each time. My favorite time to do the exercises is when I take the dog out for his
business, because I get about ten mini workouts a day!

I am just really glad that I found an isometric system that I can follow along with on the TV and not feel like my lungs are exploding from trying to do exercises whilst holding my breath.


I am totally addicted to the breathing and have been doing it since seeing it on the first DVD. And I have done nothing more than cutting down on fat and doing the breathing exercise every time I remembered for the last month, and I have lost nearly eight pounds, plus I am aware of my abdominals more than I ever have before, so am really excited about seeing the full workout results.
