I have only been on the program for 2 weeks, and I am very pleased with my results. I have scoliosis and through the yrs I have lost a lot of my range of motion, especially in my neck. And, of course, my posture was horrible. Sleeping was becoming a challenge because if I rolled on my back or stomach, I would wake up in pain. After only 2 weeks, I am able to sleep better at night and my posture has straightened up considerably. An added bonus is I have even taken off a couple of inches. I have tried many workout programs through the years and this is the first one that didn’t aggravate my back or knees, and it addressed my posture problems. Thank you! …Angie
I don’t want to sound like a Pollyanna, but it’s hard not to. This program has been a lifesaver – physically and mentally. I lost 4 lbs and 5 ¼ inches during the first week.
If I did not meet my goal of 10 lbs, I only missed it by a pound or less. It is wonderful to pull my clothes out of the closet and not have to think if they will fit today or be a little uncomfortable – again. I tries on some jeans that I wore to Belize in 1999 and they fit better now than then. I didn’t have to lie down and suck in to zip them.
Some other positives that I have achieved with your program are:
- Greater flexibility (no thinking twice about bending over to pick something up or squatting down to speak to my grandchildren.)
- I have more energy during the day and my brain seems less foggy.
My realistic goal for the end of 2005 is at least 20 lbs more and as many inches as possible, but my hope is for a 30-lb loss.
This is not a diet – this is a life change. I do not feel deprived; I know that if I want to have chocolate I will have a “portion”, not the entire package.
Someone asked me this morning what “forbidden” food was I going to have after the weigh in, and I said, “I didn’t feel that any food was forbidden. I was not craving anything.”
I could write a book, but at least this will give you an idea of how proud I am of myself and how enthusiastic and committed to “my healthy life style” I am thanks to you and your program.

I sincerely appreciate the information and encouragement you have shared with us over the last 6 weeks. I have accomplished one of my goals – being able to climb the stairs to the second floor without being out of breath. I am definitely moving more and eating less – while not all the time at least a lot more tan before you came to us.
At the very least, I walk 3 or 4 times a week after work and eat more fruit and vegetables. I am conscious of my food choices. While I may have not been my best at the program, I do feel accomplished and look forward to continuing to progress in the months ahead.

I am very excited about Ellen’s program. After only one week, I lost four inches and two pounds. I couldn’t believe it! I feel better about myself now than I have for a long time. My favorite thing about he first week with Ellen ws the immediate increase in flexibility that I experienced! After the 1st day I felt better! I would like to take the opportunity to thank you for the Isobreathing course you gave me. The results after only one week were fantastic. With the extra energy I now have, I have maintained the exercises and have introduced aerobics to your workout. It seems funny that your full workout takes only 20 minutes and my aerobics takes more.

IsoBreathing was a great experience. I learned what I forgot about healthy eating and I developed a new respect for rubber bands. The exercises are NOT difficult to do so you automatically wonder if it’s doing any good. After the first week, I noticed a difference. After the first month, I noticed a big difference and so did others. The program is easy to do and if you stick with it, you WILL see results. - Lisa
